Are dogs euthanized if they bite someone on private property?

If your cousin is not allowed there....then he is tresping. The dog has a right to defend itself especially if it has been abused by the cousin...Im sorry for his horrid injuries but if I were you I would sue the cousin for the dogs vet bills.
