Should I dispute this small claims case?

A few weeks ago me and my friend got really drunk at his frat house with a bunch of his brothers, after many drinks we left without causing any trouble. I then lost my friend on the way to a friends apartment, being as my phone was dead i returned to the fraternity hoping to find him or someone who could contact him. Now from this point my memory is a little hazy but the person in charge at the frat says i was knocking for a while outside and accidentally broke a window at some point then was let in and not allowed to leave till my friend from the frat came back to get me. they want me to pay 250 dollars which i agreed to do but not until I got my new job this summer. they are filing a small claims case against me now because i couldn't pay in time. I'm not sure what this all means exactly but was wondering if i have any case being as the alcohol was bought for me by fraternity brothers and I'm underage, or is the fact that they're bringing me to court not that big of a deal?
