Why do women play hard to get all the time?

Women play hard to get because they don't want their "cookies munched on" by some stranger. They just don't KNOW you at all. Maybe they turn because 1) You're looking at them in an inappropriate way and they can easily notice, 2) You don't take the initiative yourself. Women aren't hard to get if you are just nice to them.
