I used to live in the Northern Territory and its tough out there. You have to be careful with the wet season (November to March) up there because when it rains it pours rivers and gorges raise considerably. You never travel on your own make sure you have plenty of supplies especially water. Its very desolate. The people are friendly, the aboriginals are great people, I used to go on walkabouts with them, they are the people who know the land very well. You would be better looking up on the internet the Northern Territory or Western Australia for more information.

Starting 92 chevrolet lumina after setting 4 years, what to do???

I'm buying this car. It has been setting for 4 years. It had about a 1/4 tank of gas. I filled it up with top-grade gas & added fuel additive to help evaporate any water. I tried to jump start it & it seemed to want to start, but wouldn't. I haven't paid for it yet, but would appreciate any suggestions on what I need to do to get car started. Well to give an idea, you have about 5,600 gal in your pool.To start off--if you've got liquid shock, i'd put in one gallon per 5,000 gals (if the water is clear.) If its light green or cloudy double it,(2 gals.) And if its dark green triple it, (3 gals.) Add the algecide as recommended on the bottle. After you shock the pool with liquid make sure no one is in the pool for 8 hours before swimming. Add the chlorine tablets as needed to keep a 2ppm (parts per million) reading. Think of the tablets as logs on a fire... it maintains the fire, and the shock as gasoline... its starts it. Try to buy some test strips to test your chlorine everyday. Stabilizer gets added too, whatever the bottle tells you. (certain ones are different.) Stabilizer helps keep chlorine up. As far as the clarifier goes, only add it when it gets too cloudy. **some other things to think about adding are pH increaser, pH decreaser, Alkalinity increaser, and Calcium Hardness increaser when needed. To find out when you need it the test strip you buy will let you know. Or you can just go into your local pool store and have your water tested. :) Hope this helps any!

I really really need help with my period :(?

I'm 15 years old and I was just recently put on Quasense birth control for the same reasons. I did not break out at all. Quasense birth control actually makes you only have your period once every three months. One side effect though, is light spotting for up to 20 days for the first cycle of the medicine. Otherwise, I have been fine but have experienced the lengthy bleeding. Another birth control that does this is Jolessa, which Quasense is just the cheaper, generic form of. I suggest going on some form of birth control to help you out. It has worked wonders for me. (:

I have a close friend who is severly depressed & I fear she might try to commit suicide. She always talked about the "painless" (any way will cause pain to those left behind) way of going by sitting in a running car in her garage. She has been to counselors & put in a psychiatric hospital before but I don't think it helped. My question is this... how long would it take for a person to die by doing this? I usually go over her house to check on her before work & after work & later in the evening but I fear it is not often enough. I'm scared one day when I show up she will be dead. Does this kind of death happen in minutes or hours or what? I'm trying to be a good friend by going over there as much as possible to keep her from doing anything but I'm scared that if this death can occur in minutes or within two or three hours she could do it while I was at work or at night. Tired of being broke, living paycheck to check. need help cutting costs?

ok my bills are like this. car note- $360. I'm looking for a guitar amp which is good for a wide variety of music styles. From Blues to Black Metal and everything in between. I have a Line 6 Spider 3 which is an epic fail at best. Have 14 fish then i got 7 more then all of a sudden they started dying 7 of my fish died after i got the 7.?

Ok, heres the problem, i had 14 fish from petco (4 bleeding heart tetras, some orange tetras, 4 neon fish, and 3 guppies) then i got 7 more from inderground fish (in cloqet. i got 3 Angelfish,and 4 swordtails) then after I put the 7 more in the tank (i had 21 fish, big tank they fit fine!) a few days later ( 3 or 4) my female red swordtail (named caroline) gave birth in the night (we did not get to see the babies when we woke up and she was not pregnate, the babies must of died) two days after birth my mom foung her and a nother male swordtail stuck in a bush, that night they died (we got rid of their bodies) then two days later my fish are fine then i go upstairs for about 15 mins, then i come back down and my red guppie and a nother swordtil fish are on the ground dead! but when the other fish died we noticed that,that day,they were fine then they get weak then they die! it happend to 4 others! the 7th fish died this morning but i knew it would (i saw how weak it was) whats happening! right now i have 14 fish again and they seem fine. i think that they guy ho sold up the 2nd bunch of fish gave us sick ones. but how do they just die like that?!

Fibroids and Alternatives to Hysterectomy?

I am 35 and am being sent for an ultrasound to see if my extremely heavy periods are being caused by fibroids. I have been married for a year and my husband and I might want children, but I want to return to school next year to take a 2 year course first so I can get a better job before we have kids. Most of the info I've read about fibroids says hysterectomy is the normal course for this disease. 90% of the women in my family have had to have them. I simply refuse. My question is, other than annoying symptoms, or possibly pain, is there any other severe risk of just leaving them be? I was reading that they can sometimes shrink of their own accord at menopause. If it turns out that I have them, can I just live with them until I go through menopause? I have personal and religious reasons for not wanting to have my reproductive organs removed. Where did my HDD size free space go?

I tried to partition my 640gb HDD. when I saw disk management I only have C drive which is 584gb recovery 14gb and OEM 100mb (i dont know what OEM is). then when i tried to shrink volume I only saw 584+++mb total size and 298+++mb only amount is available. Where did the other free space go? After a rehearsal for a choir we're both in, he usually drives me home. It's on his way, and not much of an inconvenience, so after our rehearsal yesterday (valentines day) I expected the same. PS, this isn't the first time. I feel for you. My siblings and I were always put in the middle of my parents divorce. They don't realize how it hurt us. I am now 46 and going through similiar. My daughters father is always trying to make me look bad and him and his new wife the "good guys". In fact, I am the one who keeps trying to keep her out of it because she is a 7 year old child. She should not be put in the middle of this at all. She is stressed out by his constant involvement of her. The judge ordered us to take co-parenting cles to help us get along. I did that on my own long before the judge ordered it. I found out during the cl, that I was the one doing right thing for my daughter. To this day, he has still refused to take the cl. Talk to a school counselor, minister, trusted neighbor,, aunt, someone who you can talk to and maybe they can talk to her. We have a place called "Parents Place, and Child Care Resource Referral". Some times these places have cles that are offered. maybe you can get that information for a co-parenting cl and leave it for your mom, or ask her to consider it. Just keep telling your mom, NICELY, that you do not wish to be involved. This is their job to communicate civilly for the your sake. She needs to talk to him herself.

Remember to drink lots of fluids and your symptoms should improve within about five days. Don't forget to eat small amounts of food, chicken noodle soup works good.

If you want to get better all i can say is sing. Sing all the time! Try some vocal excercises and see what you can do. Try singing in different pitches and sing songs for your area. Soprano, alto,barratone, tennor, sometimes youd be surprised. Maybe even try working w/ a vocal coach.

Need advice on a loan for my situation?

My husband and I were involved in a lease to own situation. The other party backed out early and gave us a buy or lose. We were not ready and so, my mother in law helped us out. I love DJ's and their music. My friends say I would be the best DJ, and that im really musicly gifted. Well it is a problem for me that my 28 year old sister is staying at my moms house and giving my mom sooooo many problems. my sister is on welfare has a two year old daughter and wont leave my moms house she is an ex drug user, she is addicted to her cell phone and on top of this she does not give my mom any money for anything she also gets food stamps and all she buys is junk food and foods like microwavable and cup noodle soups ect. and all these foods are bad for my mom because she is type 2 diabetic cholesterol high blood pressure and heart problems, my mom cant work she is in disability she got injured at work badly so she cant work any more, so when my mom gets her money she buys what she needs for the whole month you know fruits veggies fish chicken as healthy as she can. but the thing is that my sister cooks and makes unhealthy food and finishes my moms groceries, every sunday i take my mom water bottles and food for a whole week i also take her stuff to make her a healthy breakfast. every time i go there she is sittin in the sofa eating and talking on the phone and her daughter there untaken care off lets her do what she wants, another thing is that she has my moms house dirty she wont clean up after herself at all my mom has to tell her to do the dishes and she gets mad because of it, my mom already told her to leave plenty of times but my sister wont go, because she says she has no where to go, she has rented rooms before but noone can stand her being dirty and yelling and bad mouth and being lazy. there are alot of people that rent rooms for 400 dollars she can afford on top of every thing my mom is on a program that helps her pay for her rent and she might loose her apartment, another thing the apartment were my mom used to live she got kicked out because of my sister she was not in the contract so they found out and kicked out my mom. and on this appartment she already got a 2nd notice 3rd notice and shes out, my sister smokes too neighbors complaind and my mom got the 1st notice 2nd notice was too much noise (yelling and baby crying). the only kind of good thing my sister did was to stop smoking, my mom was sooooooo stressed the other day she had an asthma attack I had to take her to the hospital and she stayed there for 2 days dr said she had to take it easy but who can with a daughter like that. ive talked to my mom and told her to tell her to leave but she wont, i dont get it she says where she gonna go with her daughter I said she can afford a room like before she can go to a shelter no family member will take her because of how she is and she is tough she says she doesnt care and no one is going to change her that how she is. Oh and that baby has a dad but hes a looser and he s in jail. she says that when he comes out hes gonna get her and the baby a house and all these things i seriously doubt it. because when he was with her before he got in jail they were living on the streets and using drugs both of them. and then he got in jail 2 years ago. so since my mom wont accept a penny from her she spends it on who knows what because she dosent buy clothes for her or the baby the only thing she buys for the baby is diapers that is it the rest she pays for her stupid cell phone and the rest who knows. I already confronted my sister but she doesnt care as long as my mom wont teller to leave again she ignores my mom even if my mom tells her to go. So what should I do?

When you say versions, does that mean you are including in that translations? There are 20 English versions, but there are multiple translated versions (i.e. Spanish, hebrew, chinese, russian, etc.) Not sure I would put language translations in the same category as versions in the bible, but if you compare each version in the English language alone you will see they that although the words used might be different the content is still the exact same. Will an increase in clomid make me ovulate faster?

I am on my second cycle of clomid. The first time I had 50mg and I ovulated without a trigger shot but it was on CD 21 and my follicle was only 18MM. This time they put me on 100mg. Will it make me ovulate quicker or have a larger follicle perhaps?
