Where are the best Happy Hours in Orange County, California?

Dave and Busters at the Spectrum has a happy hour from 5-7pm and then again at midnight to closing (or something like that, they have 2 happy hours). Wahoos has $1 beer of the month, The Lazy Dog cafe in HB has $2 drinks on Thursdays (I think it's called college night), but it's been awhile since I've lived in OC, so I can't remember it clearly.
