Huh? After the recent Democratic Debate I am wondering of Obama is declaring he wants a Police State where?

Health Care is concerned. I was leaning toward being in support of him, however all this talk about Universal Health Care is B.S. extraordanaire-instead of getting rid of insurance companies-which make people's health a business, not a human dignity-he wants to expand people's dependency on insurance companies and PUNISH with "penalty fines" those who do not buy "affordable" (whose idea od affordable) health insurance. Thus, a police state-the uninsured will not only remain uninsured and vulnerable to being screwed IF they get sick-and there is no "if" in that, but they will get penalized on top of that and this is what is considered an improvement of the health care system? What the f____? I mean this is NOT UHC as they have it in Canada, England, France, etc. People get sick, people get helped-no bills, no co-pays, no tossing and turning all night about what to do and where to turn. So, just what is this that Obama is promoting anyway?????????
