Do iguanas get tet from licking rusted fence?

Do they? The fence was really dirty and i know tet causing bacteria inhabits rusted and dirty items, so will the iguana get tet, or do they have immunity? If they do get tet, please give me symptoms that could cleary be seen. and explain them.
