How do you disable the seat belt chime on a 05' Subaru Legacy.?

I had it disabled a year ago from the dealer when he used the 20 clicks in 20 sec. or something but got my clutch replaced and it reset everything so now I can't seem to figure it out. I'd also would rather just unplug the plug from underneath but either way would work.
