Yes there will. The producers of X-men: The Last Stand weren't sure if they would make another one so they made the 3rd one so interesting that people would pay to see another one. The producers also left an open ending, purpously, just in case the 3rd X-men is a success, and which it is, they will make another one. So therefore, since almost everyone enjoyed it, and everyone is curious what will happen to Professor X, or if Cyclops really died, since no body was found, or how come Magneto moved the chess piece in the end... all those things make people wanna see another one, and therefore, like I said, pay lots of money, a thing which the producers are after.
