Alergic? What? Whats Going On Here?

So I have this friend.. and at the beginning of the summer we went out to eat and she had a cold drink. Well after holding this drink her fingers swelled up. After that they did it all the time.. then like last week she was holding a cold drink and her whole hand swelled up.. After that she had a jug of milk and she put it on her legs so her hands wouldnt swell and her legs swelled up! A few days before that she drank something cold and her mouth itched on the inside. Now today she drank something and her lips swelled up. What is the problem?
