Anyone know where to find some free Cisco CCNA and CCDA and/or Microsoft certifican study guides??

I could surely go out and buy the books, but there used to be free flash cards and study guides available online. Now all the sites want to be paid, which is fine, i just dont wanna pay until i know its a good product. All the ones i have are for the old versions of the tests, while im sure they haven't changed too much, im hoping to find the updated ones. THANKS!
