Can i use tile grout instead of tile adhesive on floor?

Hi I ran out of tile adhesive plus made a mistake while tiling my very small toilet and had just two tiles left and instead of laying them with the proper tile adhesive i used grout for laying the last two tiles just wondering will i get away with this or will i have to take them back up i hope not any help would be great thanks
