Can some please tell me how to beat this game???

I'm playing Harry Potter and Goblet of Fire on my Nintendo DS an di can't beat the last level. I'm in the grave yard against Voldemort and all i can do is fire stupid spells that don't do anything and hide behind gravestones. It totally sux cuz i've been playing it since christmas and i can't get the level beat!! Please!!!!!
