Today at about 1 pm i got sick. Now i'm starting to get hungry. What should i eat that will stay down for sure. I want to know foods that will stay down because i'm really paranoid when it comes to vomiting. I really hate the feelings you get before you vomit and i have had a lot of bad memories about vomiting. I have been drinking water or ginger ale and it stays down. Any ideas of what will stay down? thanks so much!
