How can I tell my friend she has no style?

Alright, I'm just gonna come out and say she has no style at all!! I know we have totally different styles, but hers is just bad. For an example, today she wore a plaid shirt (blue and it was oned all the way up), baggy sweatpants, a zip up hoddie (gray with orange hollister words), with fake uggs that had fake fur at the top.. And it just looked really bad. I really wanna tell her, but the thing is, she is kind of sensitive. How can I tell her she has no style without hurting her feelings to bad?
