My laptop speakers make a crackling sound. How to fix it?

My laptop speakers are making a crackling sound whenever i play any music or audio file on it. I have tried the option of re installing the audio drivers but the problem persists. Plzzz help me and suggest me some solution. I dont want to go to repair centre.. :(
