Should I get a DJ system?

I love DJ's and their music. My friends say I would be the best DJ, and that im really musicly gifted. I have about $160 of money left. the DJ system I wanted to get ( http://www.numark.com/mixtrack ) is $130 on Amazon. Its a great deal, the reviews say its a steal for that price- and I really like it. I just don't know if it would be good to buy- thats alot of money to me. I have thought I could possibly get a gig in the future. The main reason I wanted to buy it was just to DJ for myself for fun and to express myself. I would probably record my mixes and put them on youtube- or give the mp3's to my friends. Do you think it would be a good thing to buy?
