So is this how our Seante Dems reward heroic war vets?

The political crap that Democrats have taken our judicial selection process to since Robert Bork's hearings is a joke and the founding fathers in their drafting of senatorial confirmation never forsaw an contentous route where the presidency is put in such a position that it most give in to another branch of government rather than making its own selections. But I also now blame the 7 Republican members of the Gang of 14 that gave the democrats more power in this instead of removing forever from this disgraceful handling of the judiciary by the Senate. If the Republicans would never have agreed with their 7 Democratic counterparts and in reality all the democrats in the Senate we would have real judges like this being appointed. Thanks to this we have already gotten rid of two Rinos in this Gang of 14 Dewine and Chafee. Now we just have to look at movement on McCain, Graham, Warner, Snowe and Colins.
