Would you take your 3 (almost 4) year old to see the movie "how to train your dragon"?

I promised my daughter i would take her to the movies. I thought the princess and the frog was still playing but it isnt!!! I hate not following thru when i make a promise. So the only movie i saw that is playing that might be ok to see with her is "how to train your dragon". But it is rated pg. But then again so was kung fu panda and shrek. She has seen bits and peices of both of these. So has anyone seen this movie? Would it be ok to take a 3-4 year old to see this movie? I saw the trailor to alice in wonderland and that just seem spooky.
