That toilet peeing thing.?

Kay. We all (well, most of us, ladies) do it. You'll be on the toilet and you'll pee and then stop, and it feels really weird and kinda nice. But wtf actually is it, and how the hell do we get it from peeing? Answers on a postcard, please.
